Lawrence P. Stadulis and Counsel George Michael Gerstein were quoted in the
PLANADVISER article, "SEC and DOL Face Hurdles in Fiduciary Collaboration," which discussed DOL reforms within different size firms.
“From my perspective, I don’t really think there is much hard news we can go on in terms of what the SEC may be planning for the next couple of years as it pertains to conflicts of interest and coordinating with the Department of Labor (DOL) fiduciary reforms," said Larry Stadulis.
The article quoted Gerstein saying, “From what I have seen of the two of them, it seems SEC Chair Clayton and DOL Secretary Alexander Acosta have a similar, complementary outlook on these matters, and they are willing to work together,” the article states.
