Managing Partner Michael O’Mara spoke with the Philadelphia Business Journal about his new role at the firm and plans for the future.

“We've certainly grown a lot since I've started here. We've grown a lot over the last 10 to 15 years, but I think there's more growth for us in the future. We're excited just to add a little bit more breadth and depth to certain practice areas, but a big part of that for us is we want to do it but do it in a way that maintains our culture,” Mike told the PBJ. “There's a reason why there's so many of us who have been here for our whole careers. And there's a reason why we tend to attract a whole lot of partners who, even if they didn't start here, they could easily be in AmLaw 50 firms, but they choose to practice here.”
