PHILADELPHIA  – City & State Pennsylvania selected Stradley Ronon Chairman Emeritus William R. Sasso for inclusion on their 2024 50 Over 50 list. The list honors “difference-makers in politics, policy and beyond” who are over the age of 50.

For decades, Bill has been at the center of Pennsylvania politics, business and law. In 2022, he was asked to become the chairman of the transition team for then-Governor-elect Josh Shapiro. He also served in the same role for then-Governor Tom Corbitt.

Seeking to make a difference in the region, he serves as the Chairman of Select Greater Philadelphia, the arm of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce responsible for bringing thousands of jobs to the Commonwealth.

Bill served as chairman of Stradley Ronon’s management committee and board of directors for 27 years, ending in 2021. As chairman, he was responsible for oversight and management of more than 200 attorneys in eight offices.
