Edwin “Tucker” Boynton advises high-net-worth individuals and their families, particularly owners of closely held businesses, on all aspects of estate and tax planning, including generation-skipping tax, gift tax, income tax and related matters. In addition, Tucker represents fiduciaries in estate and trust administration matters and acts as a fiduciary for high-net-worth families and financial institutions. He also serves as counsel for and represents numerous other estates, private foundations and regularly addresses clients on all aspects of charitable giving. Rounding out his practice, he provides advice on personal income tax, fiduciary income tax and Orphan’s Court litigation; handles the administration of family trusts controlling publicly held companies; and creates irrevocable trusts and related tax planning involving IPOs.
