Overview

Boris Brownstein provides counseling and litigation services to individuals and businesses ranging from small to Fortune 500 companies in state and federal courts. His experience spans a range of subject areas across various industries, including complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, intellectual property, business torts and financial services.

Before joining Stradley Ronon, Boris practiced law at New York-based litigation boutique, midsize and international law firms. Before entering private practice, he served as in-house counsel, handling mortgage banking and real property litigation at the largest bank in the world.

From 2022 through 2024, Boris was named among Best Lawyers in America, Ones to Watch.
