James DiMaggio focuses his practice on mortgage lending and financial services litigation, with a primary focus on mortgage and mortgage-servicing litigation. He has experience representing financial institutions in commercial and resident foreclosure litigation, bankruptcy and business restructurings.
Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, James was an associate at several New Jersey-based law firms, where he handled foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings. James obtained his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from Rowan University.
