Jen Hance concentrates her practice on representing investment companies and investment advisers on a wide range of compliance, regulatory and transactional issues.
During law school, Jen served as a staff editor for the Temple Law Review and was a member of the Third Circuit Litigation Clinic. She was also a member of Stradley Ronon’s summer associate program, served as a legal intern for the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and as an intern to U.S. Magistrate Judge Richard Lloret of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Prior to law school, she was a legal assistant at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Connecticut and an administrative litigation paralegal at an Am Law 10 firm.
