Overview

Deborah Hong is the co-chair of Stradley Ronon’s corporate and securities practice group. She has extensive experience counseling clients on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, joint ventures, divestitures, reorganizations, commercial finance, venture capital, and corporate governance. She brings more than twenty-five years of experience advising publicly and privately held companies in the technology, financial services, and consumer products sectors.

She serves on the Board of Directors of the Main Line Chamber of Commerce, the Leadership Advisory Council of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania, and the Steering Committee of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiative. She has also served on the board of trustees of The Center for Literacy and was previously a committee member for the Main Line Chamber of Commerce’s Society of Professional Women. Additionally, she served on the board of directors of the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Montgomery County.
