• a publicly held company in a corporate restructuring designed to achieve significant tax savings
• a publicly held company in the acquisition of a producer of culinary cooking stocks
• a publicly held company in the sale of its transportation business
• a publicly held company in the sale of its specialty steel distribution business
• a publicly held company in the acquisition of manufacturing assets of a Hong Kong corporation and the issued share capital of a wholly owned subsidiary
• a publicly held company in the divestiture of a patent portfolio in a transaction structure designed to enhance monetization opportunities
• a Japanese-based global streetwear and sneaker brand with 49 stores across Asia and the U.S., in its sale to Foot Locker for $360 million
• a specialty retailer of urban footwear and apparel, in the sale of 64 stores to Snipes
• a leading independent retailer of Nike-branded products in a variety of corporate and financial transactions, including a reorganization of corporate assets and operations and a multimillion dollar revolver and term loan
• a venture capital fund in numerous seed round investments in emerging technologies
• a privately held manufacturer in the acquisition of Alstom Grid Canada’s transformer manufacturing facility located in Quebec, Canada
