John Krohn focuses his practice on the representation of creditors, lenders and loan servicing companies in matters involving foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, landlord-tenant conflicts and title-clearing efforts. He has handled a variety of Pennsylvania and New Jersey foreclosure-related matters, involving both standard pleadings and complex litigation at every stage.

Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, John was a supervising attorney at a national creditors’ rights and real estate law firm and an associate at boutique business and foreclosure firms in the mid-Atlantic region.
