Allie Maccarone is a member of the firm’s investment management group, and concentrates her practice on representing investment companies, including mutual funds, private funds, closed-end funds and exchange-traded funds, and investment advisers on a wide range of compliance, regulatory and transactional issues.
Allie is a graduate of Rutgers Law School, where she served as staff editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy. While in law school, Allie was a Stradley Ronon summer associate, a judicial extern to the Hon. Kurt Kramer, New Jersey Superior Court and a judicial intern to the Hon. Joseph H. Rodriguez, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Allie served as a clinic student for Interviewing and Counseling Child Support Clinic in Camden, where she supported clients in developing child support payment plans, addressed custody orders and offered legal advice consistent with shared attorney-client goals.
Prior to law school, Allie served as a legal assistant for a Philadelphia-based law firm. She received her B.A. in English from the University of Richmond.
