Colin O’Brien is an experienced commercial litigator representing clients in both state and federal courts. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation involving corporate and institutional clients in a broad range of matters, including premises liability, products liability, construction defects, commercial disputes, and general liability defense.
Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Colin worked for another Philadelphia law firm handling products liability, construction litigation, premises and other general liability matters. He received his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. Before law school, Colin worked at Saint Joseph’s Preparatory School as a member of the Alumni Service Corps, teaching Spanish and organizing student service opportunities. Colin also spent a summer with the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office as a Trial Division Intern. He holds a B.A., cum laude, in Government with a Minor in Spanish from Georgetown University.
