Sanjana Pai is an associate in Stradley Ronon’s business department and focuses her practice on financial services and real estate financing matters.

At Emory University School of Law, she was a member of the Emory Intellectual Property Society and an editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. She was a member of Stradley Ronon’s summer associate program, as well as serving as a legal extern for The Coca-Cola Company, Georgia Lawyers for the Arts, IHG Hotels and Resorts and travel retailer Paradies Lagardere.

Prior to law school, Sanjana was a business development intern at a global law firm and worked as a summer legal assistant intern in the investment management department at Stradley Ronon. She earned her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
