Alexandra (Allie) Romano concentrates her practice on complex civil litigation, representing corporate and institutional clients in a wide variety of business litigation matters. Her client representation includes researching and drafting legal memoranda and motions, as well as assisting with case management.
Prior to attending law school, Allie was employed by a multinational financial services company as a commodities trading analyst and collateral and financing analyst. She also worked as a legal secretary for a law firm in Maryland.
Allie earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board, the Middle Eastern Law Students Association and the Real Estate Law Society. She also participated in Villanova’s Clinic for Law & Entrepreneurship, which provides pro bono legal services in the Philadelphia area. Allie worked as a law and entrepreneurship extern at a national law firm and as a judicial extern to Westchester County, New York, Supreme Court Justice Charles Wood. She earned her B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park.
