Andrea Smith concentrates her practice on representing clients in a variety of complex general commercial litigation matters. Her client representation includes researching and drafting legal memoranda and motions, and assisting with case management.
Andrea received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Prior to law school, Andrea worked for the Philadelphia Municipal Court. At Temple, she served as the Note Comment/Symposium Editor for the Temple Law Review. Andrea also worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Charles A. Ehrlich of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, the Honorable Lynne A. Sitarski of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as the Honorable Chad F. Kenney through Temple’s Federal Judicial Clerkship Program. She was a member of the summer associate class at Stradley Ronon.
Before joining Stradley Ronon, Andrea clerked for the Honorable John R. Padova of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in Criminal Justice from Temple University.
