Alexa Tzarnas is an active member of the firm’s leading investment management group and focuses her practice on representing investment companies and investment advisers. She frequently advises clients on all legal aspects of regulatory, compliance and transactional issues.
Alexa received her J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she served as an associate editor of the Drexel Law Review. During her time at Drexel, she co-founded the Chiefs in Intellectual Property (ChIPs Network) and won the CALI Award for Excellent Achievement in Advanced Constitutional Law and First Amendment. She earned her B.A., cum laude, from George Washington University, where she played Division I squash.
In addition, Alexa received her Master of Science in Law, Anthropology and Society from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Before joining Stradley Ronon, Alexa served as a law clerk to the Hon. Steven J. Polansky, Presiding Judge of the Civil Division of Camden County Superior Court.
