Overview

Tim Walter concentrates his practice on counseling registered investment companies — including mutual funds, closed-end funds and private funds — and investment advisers on a wide range of compliance, regulatory and transactional issues.

During law school, Tim served as a staff editor for the Rutgers University Law Review and as a legal writing teaching fellow. He was also a member of Stradley Ronon’s summer associate class, a legal extern at Rowan University, and a law clerk at a Philadelphia-based personal injury law firm.
