PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Chief Diversity Officer and Counsel Brian P. Seaman moderated the virtual event, “Brave Conversations: How Open Dialogue Drives DEI at Work,” hosted by the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia on Oct. 26. The event featured diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) leaders, who provided insight on approaches to starting brave conversations in the workplace as a means to cultivate understanding and empathy, the importance of candid dialogue on DEI topics, and how asking questions can reveal blind spots in your organization’s strategies, and more.
