The panel, “Proven Best Practices and Strategies in Engagement” was moderated by Tim Henderson, Chief Legal Talent Officer at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP, and featured Galvin as well as Jill Attkisson, CTO at Thompson Hine, LLP, and Jennifer Patton, CTO at Foley & Lardner, LLP. The CTOs discussed how to invest in your legal and business professional talent, including the value of feedback, mentoring, and career development.
