With more than 20 years of experience in talent management, Ryan Galvin is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Stradley Ronon’s recruitment, retention, evaluation and professional development for non-partner attorneys and business professionals across the firm’s eight offices.
Before joining Stradley Ronon, Ryan was Director of Talent Management for Professional & Legal Staff at a top global law firm based in Philadelphia, where he developed and implemented numerous initiatives for the firm’s professionals and business staff, working in collaboration with senior human resources and firm leadership. Prior to that, Ryan helped lead the talent and administrative operations of a Philadelphia-based firm that represented the financial services industry.
In the community, Ryan serves as Board President of the Breathing Room Foundation, which provides individualized care and support to families affected by cancer by addressing their most critical needs so they can concentrate their efforts on regaining their physical health.
Ryan earned his B.A. from Loyola University and his Executive M.B.A from Temple University Fox School of Business. He also participated in the International Business Program at Rotterdam’s International School of Economics.
