PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner and Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) Brian P. Seaman joined the first DEI Forum of the year hosted by the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia, titled “The Evolving State of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.”
The panel included DEI leaders from other regional organizations and focused on recent shifts in the DEI climate, from widespread protesting in 2020 to legislation and economic challenges in 2023. The group shared how they are evolving their DEI practices and what strategies and granular actions teams can employ on their own to maintain momentum.
As CDO, Seaman has helped to chart a multi-year roadmap for Stradley Ronon to develop best practices and has acted as a valued resource to the board of directors and other key members of firm leadership on diversity issues. In his practice, Seaman is an experienced trial lawyer who counsels corporate and individual clients in matters involving healthcare litigation, products liability matters, and other complex commercial civil and regulatory engagements.
