PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is proud to announce that the firm has successfully achieved Mansfield Certification status for the 2022-2023 evaluation period. The certification was created by Diversity Lab to determine if leadership in law firms and legal departments reflects the diversity of the workforce and society as a whole. This is the third year in a row that Stradley Ronon has been certified, highlighting the firm’s continued commitment to diversity and inclusion in the legal field.
“We continue to enhance our commitment to diversity with real results – year over year, we see positive increases in our summer associate classes, attorney promotions and leadership positions,” said Chief Diversity Officer and Partner Brian P. Seaman. “We recognize that diversity is not one-size-fits-all, and our firm continues to evolve based on client needs, employee needs and the desires of our Diversity Committee.”
The certification process tracks and measures whether firms are considering a broad pool of talent – including historically underrepresented groups such as women lawyers, lawyers of color, LGBTQ+ lawyers, and lawyers with disabilities. To obtain this certification, the firm goes through a rigorous 12-month review process.
