PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Chief Talent Officer Ryan Galvin teamed up with representatives from regionally based companies for a discussion on facing today's critical talent acquisition issues and strategies for success in an ever-changing market.

Hosted by the Talent Acquisition Leadership Alliance (TALA) on Nov. 30 in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, the panel covered relevant topics such as empowering hiring managers for maximum efficiency; navigating the candidate experience in a dynamic and uncertain market; reevaluating employee value propositions; and evolving strategies, skills and responsibilities in an era of transformation.

Ryan has more than two decades of experience in talent management and currently oversees recruitment, retention, evaluation and professional development for non-partner lawyers and business professionals across all eight Stradley Ronon offices. Before joining the firm, Ryan was the director of talent management at a Philadelphia-based global law firm, where he developed and implemented numerous initiatives for the firm’s professional and legal staff.
