PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon has successfully achieved Mansfield Certification status for the 2023-2024 evaluation period, achieving this recognition for the fourth consecutive year. The firm has also recommitted to achieve Mansfield Certification for the 2024-2025 evaluation period. The certification was created by Diversity Lab to determine if leadership in law firms and legal departments reflects the diversity of the workforce and society as a whole.
“Our commitment to fostering a culture where every individual feels seen, heard and valued goes beyond messaging; it is evident in our measurable actions,” said partner and Chief Diversity Officer Brian Seaman. “We will continue to be inclusive, innovative and flexible in our approach to diversity and to ensure that these efforts result in tangible results.”
The certification process tracks and measures whether firms are considering a broad talent pool — including historically underrepresented groups such as women lawyers, lawyers of color, LGBTQ+ lawyers, and lawyers with disabilities. To obtain this certification, the firm undergoes a rigorous year-long review process.
