PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon has been recognized as both a Top Performer and a Compass Award winner by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) for 2024. The firm was one of only 111 organizations across the nation to receive both honors.
The Compass Award recognizes those organizations that demonstrate their commitment to LCLD and its goals of inclusive leadership through engagement and participation in its Fellow, Pathfinder and Pipeline programs. Stradley Ronon lawyers were selected for these programs earlier this year.
Top Performers are the organizations most engaged in LCLD’s programs and activities throughout the year.
LCLD is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who have pledged themselves to creating a truly diverse legal profession in the United States. Stradley Ronon has been a strategic partner of LCLD for more than a decade and received the organization’s Compass Award in 2022.
