Rebecca Fallk is an associate in the firm’s white-collar defense practice group, representing various clients in high-profile internal investigations and matters that involve federal regulatory agencies. She has hands-on litigation experience conducting internal investigations in response to probes and subpoenas, handling witness interviews, drafting court pleadings and briefs and preparing for depositions, oral arguments and trials. Rebecca also serves as co-chair of the firm's Jewish engagement group.
Before joining Stradley Ronon, Rebecca practiced at an Am Law 200 firm in Washington, DC, where she defended clients in False Claims Act matters and counseled clients on sophisticated corporate matters involving due diligence. Prior to entering private practice, Rebecca served as a legal intern for the U.S. Department of Justice in the Criminal Division, Public Integrity Section, as a criminal law intern at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, and as a judicial law intern for the Hon. Maribeth Raffinan in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
Rebecca is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School. She was the senior managing editor of the Public Contract Law Journal, as well as a member of the Mock Trial and Alternative Dispute Resolution Boards. She also served as the President of the Criminal Law Society, the Vice President of the Jewish Law Students Association and the President of the Gulf Recovery Network, where she fostered the relationship between GW Law students and the New Orleans community through organizing and participating in pro bono legal service to residents affected by the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
