Charles Jeanfreau represents mortgage servicers and investors in matters involving bankruptcy litigation and litigation involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). He has also represented default servicing clients in all stages of contested foreclosure litigation, quiet title actions and other related litigation, as well as matters involving compliance, corporate restructuring, financial transactions and law office management.
Charles is a frequent writer on the subject of bankruptcy law and has published a number of articles in bankruptcy and corporate law journals.
Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Charles was a litigator at midsize and boutique firms in New York and New Jersey. Charles served as director of a Seattle firm’s New York and New Jersey litigation practice, where he managed a nationwide team of lawyers and paralegals.
