PHILADELPHIA — Charles Jeanfreau and John Krohn have joined Stradley Ronon as associates in the firm’s financial services litigation practice. Charles and John will be based in the firm’s New York and Philadelphia offices, respectively.
“We are fortunate to welcome Charles and John to Stradley Ronon,” said Eric Hurwitz, co-chair of the financial services litigation practice. “We are already benefiting from the breadth of knowledge and leadership skills that each of them brings to the firm.”
Charles represents loan servicers and investors in a broad array of disputes, including matters involving bankruptcy litigation and litigation involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). He represents financial servicing clients in all stages of litigation, including quiet title and contested foreclosure, as well as matters involving compliance, corporate restructuring, and financial transactions.
John focuses his practice on representing creditors, lenders and loan servicing companies in matters involving foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, landlord-tenant conflicts and title-clearing efforts. He has handled a variety of Pennsylvania and New Jersey foreclosure-related matters, including complex litigation at every stage.
