Timothy Phillips

Overview

Timothy routinely counsels financial services institutions on matters involving commercial lending, contested and non-contested foreclosures, consumer finance and other litigation issues arising from the origination and servicing of residential mortgages. He has experience drafting and responding to pleadings, conducting discovery, and drafting motions and briefs at the trial and appellate levels.

Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Timothy was an associate at a national law firm, where he represented insurance carriers in first-party bad faith and breach of contract lawsuits as well as lawsuits arising from third-party claims. During law school, Timothy served as an intern for Judge Christine Nowak, former magistrate judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
