NEW YORK—Stradley Ronon is pleased to welcome associate Timothy Phillips to the firm’s New York office as a member of the financial services litigation practice.
Timothy focuses his practice on matters involving commercial lending and consumer finance litigation, including contested foreclosures, auto finance, student loans and the origination and servicing of other loan products. Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Timothy was an associate at a national law firm, where he represented insurance carriers in first-party bad faith and breach of contract lawsuits as well as lawsuits arising from third-party claims.
Timothy’s arrival follows New York financial services litigation associates Ariel Finkelstein, Boris Brownstein and Leisl Kerechek earlier this year.
