Zack counsels investment companies and investment advisers on regulatory, compliance and transactional issues. He advises investment clients in all aspects of legal representation, and frequently drafts and reviews registration statements, prepares board materials and researches various securities and corporate law issues.
Zack received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. During law school, Zack worked as a legal intern for Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote and Coordinated Health and was a member of the summer associate class at Stradley Ronon. He also served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Douglas G. Reichley of the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from Franklin and Marshall College.
