Jeffrey D. Grossman served as a panelist at the Fidelity and Surety Law Midwinter Conference on Jan. 30 in New York, New York. The Midwinter Conference is sponsored by the American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section, which brings together high-level representatives and experts from across the country. Grossman’s panel, “Cyberattacks Panel: Current Threats and How Insureds Can Defend Against Them,” addressed the current cybersecurity challenges companies are facing, how companies can best prepare to avoid or deflect attempted attacks and how companies should respond to a successful attack and deal with the ensuing aftermath.
Grossman is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on complex litigation and regulatory matters within the fields of insurance, health care and construction. His practice entails resolving disputes between private parties, as well as disputes involving industry and governmental regulators.
