Kevin Casey spoke at the American Bar Association Intellectual Property Law Section Annual Meeting on April 14. Casey served as a panelist on the CLE program “The Impact of Recent Trademark Decisions on Business Practices,” which covered the key trademark developments in 2020 and early 2021, including the Trademark Modernization Act, new USPTO fees, the U.S. Supreme Court and other judicial decisions, and more.
Casey is co-chair of the
intellectual property and chair of the
intellectual property litigation groups at Stradley Ronon and an active member of the
alternative dispute resolution group. He has counseled clients for over 35 years in all aspects of the intellectual property field, focusing on patents, trademarks, trade secrets, licensing and opinions. Casey has also been lead litigation counsel and has participated as assistant counsel in more than 60 cases.
