Erika Giwa-Amu is a strategic commercial litigator who advises clients at every stage of the litigation process. She has experience representing buy-side financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies in complex litigation matters, including fraud and breach of contract, with an emphasis on disputes relating to corporate transactions. Erika is skilled in conducting in-depth research and drafting legal documents such as demand letters, motions, pleadings and trial briefs.
Before joining Stradley Ronon, Erika practiced at a Chicago-based law firm. She also clerked for New York State Supreme Court Justice Alexander Tisch.
