Eric Porter is a highly respected commercial litigator with extensive experience representing clients through all stages of litigation in state and federal courts. As an advocate for clients across a diverse range of practice areas, Eric handles matters ranging from intellectual property actions, contract disputes, insurance fraud investigations and product labeling claims, to the recognition of foreign arbitration awards, corporate ownership disputes and construction litigation.
Prior to his time as a commercial litigator, Eric served as senior counsel for the New York City Law Department, where he represented the City of New York in high-profile cases involving civil rights issues, education law, ADA compliance and class action defense.
