PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon is continuing to expand its litigation department with the addition of associates Jonathan Etkowicz and Erika Giwa-Amu. Jonathan joins the firm’s Philadelphia office, and Erika continues the growth of the New York litigation department.
“We are excited to welcome Jonathan and Erika and add to our extensive financial services and commercial litigation capabilities,” said Nicole Stover, partner and vice chair of the litigation department. “Their support will further strengthen our firm’s ability to serve our expanding client base.”
Jonathan routinely counsels financial services institutions on matters involving commercial lending, contested and non-contested foreclosures, consumer finance and other litigation issues arising from the origination and servicing of residential mortgages. Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Jonathan practiced law at midsize and boutique law firms in Pennsylvania.
Erika focuses her practice on all stages of the commercial litigation process. She has experience representing buy-side financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies in complex litigation matters, including fraud and breach of contract, with an emphasis on disputes relating to corporate transactions. Before joining Stradley Ronon, Erika practiced at a New York law firm.
