Daniel Knox focuses his practice on the negotiation of derivatives documentation both for investment management companies and in relation to commercial loan transactions. He counsels clients with respect to the Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder and has extensive experience representing clients on Regulation D private placements with accredited investors. Additionally, he has insurance regulatory experience and has been called upon to assist clients with filings required by state insurance departments.
Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Dan was an accountant with a large investment bank.
