Michael Tang

Overview

Michael Tang represents public and private companies on transactional matters. He focuses his practice on securitization and structured finance, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures and private investment funds. Michael regularly represents clients in a variety of industries, including investment management, real estate finance and mortgage finance.

Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Michael was a tax associate at an international Big Four accounting firm, where he advised Fortune 500 companies on transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
