PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon associates Megan Stamm and Michael Tang have been named a winner and finalist, respectively, by The Legal Intelligencer as part of the 2024 Pennsylvania Legal Awards. The annual awards honor achievements across the Pennsylvania and Delaware legal communities.
Megan has been selected as a Lawyer on the Fast Track, a distinction that honors the next generation of legal leaders under the age of 40. Megan focuses her practice on corporate law, representing clients on a broad range of matters, including complex mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and structuring, commercial contract drafting, and governance issues. She serves on the board of directors of RSVP, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable populations in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Mike has been named a finalist in the Diversity Initiative category for his steadfast commitment to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in the legal profession. As co-chair of the firm’s Asian Pacific American Engagement Group, he leads efforts to amplify the voices of lawyers and business professionals with shared heritage and life experiences. He is also a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee and the board of directors for the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania. In his legal practice, Mike represents public and private companies on business and corporate transactional matters.
Winners are set to be announced and recognized at an awards dinner on May 15 in Philadelphia. Honorees will also be featured in special editorial sections of the publication.
