PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Mark E. Chopko served as a panelist for school administrators of Catholic Higher Education at the Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities’ meeting on Feb. 3 in Washington, D.C. Chopko’s presentation discussed civil law realities of being a Catholic institution of higher education, and explored corporate structures, employment, regulatory, and Church and State issues confronting college leadership. The presentation was paired with an exploration of canon law issues.
