PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon partner Lisa Jacobs presented at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Greater Philadelphia Contracts & Commercial CLE Institute on March 4.
The presentation, titled “Drafting Transactional Contract Issues: Say What You Mean and Mean What You Say (or Not),” took a deep dive into the top drafting issues of transactional contracts. Lisa explored her holistic approach to drafting including a robust framework, focus on understanding objectives, contextual awareness and the precise use of language.
Lisa has more than 30 years of experience representing businesses and institutions on domestic and international transactional matters. She has served as an adviser to both private and public companies in a wide variety of industries on matters related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, institutional and private equity financings, and corporate and organizational governance issues.
