PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Patrick R. Kingsley served as a panelist for the Strafford CLE Webinar, “Performance Bonds and CGL Insurance in Construction Projects: Navigating Interplay Between Insurance and Surety,” on Feb. 5. The panel of construction practitioners explained the distinction between insurance and suretyship, identified potential overlap between commercial general liability policies and performance bonds, and discussed best practices to minimize risk on construction projects.
Kingsley is chair of Stradley Ronon’s alternate dispute resolution and construction practice groups. He handles a wide variety of complex commercial disputes, focusing much of his practice on construction and surety litigation. He frequently serves as an arbitrator and mediator.
