NEW YORK – Stradley Ronon partner Steven Feldman, co-chair of the firm’s white-collar defense, internal investigations and corporate compliance practice group, presented at the Practising Law Institute (PLI)’s half day CLE program, Trial Evidence 2024.
Steve participated in a discussion titled “Lightning Round: Test Your Knowledge of Evidence,” where panelists posed hypothetical evidentiary questions to the audience and analyzed the situation. The panel incorporated federal rules of evidence, including relevance, unfair prejudice, other bad acts and propensity, hearsay, residual exception and memory refreshed versus past recollection recorded.
Steve utilizes his more than 25 years of experience in high-stakes litigation to represent companies and individuals in claims related to securities and commodities law violations, public corruption, business crimes and fraudulent practices made by U.S. attorneys’ offices, state attorneys general, district attorneys’ offices, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
