PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Attorneys Adam D. Brown and Joseph W. Catuzzi presented to the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey’s HR Council on Jan. 29 in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Their presentation “Arbitration Agreements: Pros, Cons, and Future,” discussed the benefits to employers of arbitration, the pitfalls associated with sending disputes to arbitration rather than litigating them in court, and emerging trends in employment arbitration.
Brown is a litigator and counselor who focuses his practice on employment and labor matters. He has represented companies in a wide variety of employment-related litigation, including claims brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Equal Pay Act, ERISA, and other federal and state employment laws. He has defended clients in federal court, state court, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, other administrative agencies, and arbitration proceedings. Catuzzi focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, representing corporate and institutional clients in a range of business litigation matters.
