Andrew Levine served as a panelist on the Council of Development Finance Agencies’ Intro Infrastructure Finance webcast. Levine presented the session, entitled “Energy Infrastructure” with Emmett Kelly, member of Frost Brown Todd, LLC, on Sept. 24. Levine and Kelly discussed how energy efficiency improvements, alternative clean energy generation, and large-scale energy distribution could be financed, and shared, which tools are best suited for energy-related projects and special considerations for these kinds of infrastructure.
