PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon partner Steven Feldman, co-chair of the white-collar defense, internal investigations and corporate compliance practice, joined the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL) White Collar Practice Seminar to moderate a panel on corporate voluntary self-disclosure and whistleblower policies, which took place on November 15.
The panel addressed the recent proliferation of new government policies encouraging corporate voluntary self-disclosure combined with new initiatives intended to incentivize employees and other individuals to report information to the government about potential corporate wrongdoing in exchange for payments.
Steve utilizes his more than 25 years of experience in high-stakes litigation to represent companies and individuals in claims related to securities and commodities law violations, public corruption, business crimes and fraudulent practices made by U.S. attorneys’ offices, state attorneys general, district attorneys’ offices, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
