Andrew Levine served as a panelist at the Council of Development Finance Agencies Virtual National Summit on Nov. 11. Levine’s session, “Redevelopment Projects Challenged Through COVID-19 and How They Have Survived,” examined how current redevelopment projects are faring and the financial tools being used to keep their capital stacks in the black. Levine addressed how COVID-19 has accelerated the deployment of social equity programs as part of incentivization programs offered by a government authority to attract new development.
