PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner
Patrick R. Kingsley served as a panelist at the American Bar Association’s 2020 Forum on Construction Law Midwinter Meeting in Tucson, Arizona, on Friday, Jan. 24. During the Forum on Construction Law, experienced lawyers and industry leaders in cybersecurity and technology explored the role of expanding technology in construction and design and resultant changes in risk assessment and management. Kingsley’s presentation titled, “E-Discovery – Managing the Risks to Get the Reward: Best Practices for Construction Lawyers and their Clients,” covered recent developments on E-discovery rules and laws.
Kingsley is chair of Stradley Ronon’s
alternative dispute resolution and
construction practice groups. He handles a wide variety of complex commercial disputes, focusing much of his practice on construction and surety litigation. He frequently serves as an arbitrator and mediator.
