PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce the expansion of our trusts, estates & personal planning department with the addition of two new associates, Andrew J. Barron and Aaron LeClair.
Based in the firm’s Philadelphia office, Barron is an experienced tax, trusts and estates attorney representing executors, administrators, trustees and beneficiaries in all aspects of trust and estate administration. Working closely with high-net-worth individuals, he helps his clients reach their personal and business goals.
Before joining Stradley, Barron practiced trusts and estates law at two Philadelphia firms. He also served as an assistant city solicitor in the Major Tax Unit for the City of Philadelphia Law Department. He received his L.L.M. in Taxation with a Certificate in Estate Planning and his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law. While at Temple, Barron served as an editor for the Temple Political & Civil Rights Law Review. He received his B.A. in philosophy from Dickinson College.
A resident of the firm’s Malvern office, LeClair focuses his practice on counseling clients on all aspects of tax and estate planning. Providing legal support for his clients, he helps draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, personal property memoranda and other legal documents pertaining to estate planning.
Prior to his time at Stradley Ronon, LeClair worked as an estate law intern at a firm based in Tampa, FL. He received his L.L.M. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and his J.D. from Washington and Lee School of Law. Before law school, LeClair received his B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Walla Walla University.
