The presentation, “Year-end Planning and Updates on Tax Legislation,” featured Sanderson-Braem, who discussed the Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement Act (SECURE Act) and how to mitigate its impact through the usage of a charitable remainder unitrust.
