PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce that Associate Andrew J. Barron recently participated in a panel for a Philadelphia Bar Association webinar, Trusts 101: Everything You Wanted to Know (But Are Afraid to Ask).
During the webinar, Barron and other panelists provided important trust terminology to participants while examining what a trust is, outlining the many uses of trusts and highlighting various types of trusts. Additionally, he addressed the duties and powers of trustees and gave a general overview of the taxation of a trust.
Barron is an experienced tax, trusts and estates lawyer representing executors, administrators, trustees and beneficiaries. His clients depend on his legal insight to help navigate complex family dynamics and resolve conflict efficiently and empathetically.
